CUSTOM MADE CROCHET ITEMS
I love making custom crochet pieces. If you would like to discuss the design and pricing for a custom made item, please send me an email, so I can work with you to create the perfect item for you.
I accept payment by Paypal, this includes card payments via pay pal, which are both safe and easy to use. You don't have to be a member of Paypal to use it.
Australia - Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8 per order, to anywhere
within Australia. All items will be shipped via Australia Post as Standard Parcel Delivery and come with a tracking number. Items can be sent via Express Post for an added cost, but please ensure you contact me via email, prior to placing your order.
New Zealand - Shipping to New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of $20 per order. All items will be shipped via Australia Post and come with a tracking number.
Other International - Please contact me via email for a quote. At this stage I can ship to all international locations excluding North America.
Standard Australian orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 days of receiving your order. Once processed your order will be delivered within the Australia post shipping times.
If you need your order by a specific date, I will do my best to accommodate your needs however please let me know prior to placing your order, by
contacting me via email. Items can be sent via Express Post for an added cost.
All parcels shipped will have tracking available. However, if you wish to have your parcel registered, this will be an additional cost of AUD$3.50 for domestic orders. Please ensure you contact me via email, prior to placing your order. I take no responsibility for items lost in the mail for orders who have not opted to use the signature on delivery option.
We are happy to exchange or refund your item (minus postage costs) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. There is no refund or exchange on
custom crochet orders.
Items must be unused and in perfect condition and returned within 2 weeks of purchase, and we reserve the right to refuse a product that does not meet these requirements.
Items must be returned with a Reply Paid satchel and your new items will then be shipped to you once the returned items have been received.
Refunds will only be issued once the goods have been returned to us.
At Castle Handmade, we respect your privacy. We only use your personal information to process your orders. We do not send you any unsolicited mail. All information is kept confidential and we do not pass on to any third party.
