Workshop Outline:


This workshop is for anyone who wants to make their own teacosy. There will be a quick revision of the very basics, then with step by step guidance you will create your own unique teacosy. The workshop will be run in a flexible manner allowing each student to work at their own pace, with guidance all the way through.

Crochet - Beginners

Venue: Hawkesbury Leisure and Learning Centre

Date: Begins 9th March 2019




Workshop Outline:


In this beginners' crochet class, you will learn the basic stitches needed to start you on your crochet journey. You will learn about reading a pattern, how to hold the crochet hook, the use of tension and examine different types of yarns and hooks. You will put these new skills into practice by making such items as coasters, a granny squares and beanies.
